Pilates is a method of movement for the entire body, it will help to strengthen and lengthen muscles though controlled, precise movements. There is a strong focus on the ‘powerhouse’ this consists of the core, hips, glutes, diaphragm, pelvic floor, and spine.
My classes put emphasis on alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core, improving coordination, flexibility, mobility, and balance through mindful, flowing sequences and movements.

I absolutely love Sarah’s Pilates classes. I used to attend in person but then wasn’t able to due to work/ other commitments but I missed it terribly. One good thing to come out of lockdown was the virtual classes Sarah set up. I have loved these. She is a great teacher, sharing moves and modifications for all lessons, she explains and demonstrates very well. There is a great mix of flow , mobility etc. Thank you Sarah.
I have been doing pilates with Sarah for about a year and really enjoyed it, a friendly class for all abilities with Sarah always clearly offering different levels so each exercise is effective for you to improve at your own pace with no pressure. Great for strengthening and distressing, love love love it.
Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for your online classes. They are really keeping me chilled and focussed. Two nights a week I get ‘me time’ doing something I enjoy. After 4 weeks I think I may be developing some kind of core strength!
I love all these classes, unwinding all my poor posture, stretching and strengthening. Even under lockdown we get our fix through our online classes, highly recommend thank you Sarah!
Thanks Sarah. such great classes, just what I need after being hunched over a laptop for most of the day. It seems the pilates is even more important now that people are working from home, a lot of us don’t sit properly or move as much as we normally would either
There’s nothing like an hour’s pilates flow to relieve a stiff neck! Thank you so much!
